As NOVEM participants, we are eligible to get an exemption from the Spa Tax in Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Please print the document and fill in your name after "Teilnehmer:" and the name of your accommodation after "Unterkunft:". Please show this exemption when checking into your accommodation.
If you arrive by car, the P3 Parking Lot near the Congress Venue is reserved for NOVEM Participants. Please download the parking ticket and put it on the dashboard when parking on P3.
Please find details for the Paper Submission, following the link to POMA. When submitting a new submission to POMA, there is an option for "Select Article Type". You must choose: NOVEM 2025. There are no restrictions regarding the number of pages of the submission.
Dear Authors, Prenstations (PowerPoint or PDF) can be uploaded prior to the presentation using the Link. The corresponding Password will be distributed among the presenters only.

The organizing committee is happy to announce that the Proceedings of NOVEM2025 will be published under POMA through The Acoustical Society of America (ASA). Templates for the final paper with further information will be communicated soon.
